This is my review of the Ugoos UT4 that features the RK 3368 Soc, 2gB of DDR3 Ram and 16GB of Flash Storage with Android Lollipop 5.1.1
I benchmarked the Ugoos UT4 with:
– Disk Speed Test, Antuntu, Geekbench 3, Network Speed Test, 3D Mark Score & Epic Citadel.
Tested the Ugoos U4 with:
– Youtube, Netflix and Kodi
– Big Buch Buny, Tears of Steal and Sintel Movies with H264 and H265 Codecs at 1080p and 4K resolutions without any problems whatsoever.
In terms of Android gaming platform the UT4 is capable of playing the most demanding games and the ones tested were Respawnables and Asphalt 8 Airborn.
Also capable of Game Stream at 1080p resolution and 60FPS.
Airplay was also very smooth, used Air Pin Pro App and i could mirror the Iphone SE, the Ipad Mini with Retina Display and stream content from it.
I also mirrored the Imac that delivers a higher bit rate files and played live slide shows from it and also a apple event and no issues once again.
Things I did Like The Most:
– Built Quality
– Online Updates
– Easy Option to Root the Device
– Capable of Game Stream at 1080 60fps
Things i Did Like The Least:
– So far Nothing
