This guide is only a complimentary guide as to be able to follow its necessary to watch the video with the details

1- Using a Mac download Mac OS High Sierra.
2- Download Diskmaker X and Run it
3- Download Clover Bootloader and Run it, my settings are on screen.
This will create a EFI folder on the main partition of our USB drive
4- Download Clover Configurator and Run it. Use it to mount the EFI partition of the USB Drive.
5- Copy the EFI Folder created by Clover to the EFI Partition on the USB Drive
◉ OPTIONALLY Here you may use my EFI folder included in the link above
6- Remove the USB Drive from the Mac, and put the Mac aside
7- Change Bios Settings according to your motherboard (Settings below credits section)
8- Insert the USB Drive into the PC, start it and press F8 for teh boot menu
9- Select to start from “UEFI” USB DRIVE
10- Select “Boot Install Mac OS High Sierra Install Disk”
11- On the screen chose language.
12- Chose disk utility and erase the disk that we are going to use to install Mac OS and name it anything like “High Sierra”
13- Close Disk Utility
14- Select Install Mac OS High Sierra
15- Continue & Agree with lecense
16- Select the Hard Drive to install to, and press install
17- Wait a few minutes (8+-)
18- Once it finishes, restart
19- Press F8, boot from USB Drive and select to start with Mac OS High Sierra (Disk that we just started the installation)
20- Wait a few more minutes (12-15), when finish restart
21- Boot from USB, then Mac OS HDD
22- Configure, country, name, password, Apple ID etc.
23- Enter the Hackintosh Desktop
24- Download Clover Configurator and Run it. Use it to mount EFI partition of our USB Drive
25- Copy the EFI folder on the USB Drive to our Desktop
26. Close the USB Drive and remove it
27- Use Clover Configurator to Monut EFI Partition of our Hackintosh Disk
28- Copy the EFI folder on the desktop to our EFI partition on the Hackintosh disk
29- Close, restart and now we can boot from our disk
30- Download 3 Kexts: (Lilu, NvidiaGraphicsfixup, Codec Commander ) Links Down Below
31- Go to Folder – /System/Library/Extensions and paste those 3 kexts
32- Download Wedriver Updater tool and run it
33- Install the according build
34- Restart
35- Activate Webdrivers on the Menu Bar
36- Restart
37- Congratulations, we have a working and stable hackintosh

Advanced APM Configuration → Power On By PCI-E/PCI : Disabled
Advanced Network Stack Configuration → Network Stack : Disabled
Advanced USB Configuration → Legacy USB Support : Auto ( needs to be auto for SSDT-UIAC.aml to work )
Boot → Fast Boot : Disabled
