The ZyXel Powerline adapters were the fastest adapters that ive tried so far. I have been using powerline for a few years now and i have experienced AV200, AV500 and now using this set of Gigabyte really happy wit its performance giving me the same performance in real world usage as being connected directly to the router or switch as you may see in the video.

The performance tests were done using Speed Test and Iperf.

So if you are looking to increase the speed of your network without having to spread cables all over the place, this might be a great solution.
